Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy helps you move better and feel better—whether you're recovering from an injury, managing pain, or dealing with mobility issues. Our physiotherapists take the time to understand your goals and develop a personalized treatment plan using hands-on therapy, exercise, and education to help you get back to doing what you love. **EN/FR indique que votre physiothérapeute est bilingue**

Pelvic Health Rehabilitation

Pelvic health concerns can be sensitive and complex, but you're not alone. Our specially trained pelvic health physiotherapists provide discreet, compassionate care for issues like incontinence, pelvic pain, and postpartum recovery. We tailor every treatment plan to your unique needs to help restore confidence, comfort, and function.

TMJ Rehabilitation

Jaw pain, clicking, or tension? TMJ (temporomandibular joint) dysfunction can affect everything from eating to sleeping. Our team takes a hands-on approach to assess and treat TMJ issues, using manual therapy, exercise, and education to relieve symptoms and improve jaw function—all tailored to your situation.

Dry Needling

Dry needling targets tight or painful muscle knots, called trigger points, using thin needles to release tension and reduce pain. It’s often used as part of a broader physiotherapy plan to restore movement and improve muscle function. Our clinicians ensure it’s applied safely and effectively, based on your needs and comfort.

Bilingual Physiotherapist

Valérie Grondin was born and raised in Rockland, ON. Her first home was actually on the street behind the clinic and the street name is, funny enough; Valérie.

Valérie completed her studies at University of Ottawa, graduating with a Bachelor’s of Biomedical Sciences in 2021 and a Master’s of Physiotherapy in 2024. She proudly did her studies in French and is happy to be able to offer bilingual services.

She believes that everyone should be able to live actively and attain their full potential. She wants to understand each patient and to guide them in their recovery with the best of her knowledge.

Valérie has already completed Pelvic Health Solutons Level 1 - The Physical Therapy Approach To Anyone Experiencing Urinary Incontinence.

In her spare time, Valérie loves to stay active with downhill skiing, hockey, hiking and she is an avid traveler.

BILINGUAL AND ACTIVE PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Kyle Vaillant was born in Sudbury and moved to Orléans at a very young age. He later moved to the small francophone town of Wendover, located 25 minutes east of Orléans and 10 minutes away from Rockland.

Kyle completed his studies at the University of Ottawa, graduating with a Bachelor’s of Human Kinetics in 2019 and a Master’s of Physiotherapy in 2021. Due to his studies being taken entirely in French, Kyle is able to offer his patients treatment in both official languages. As a part of his Master`s, Kyle completed his first clinical placement at our Orléans clinic and was amazed by the quality of care and the connection our physiotherapists had with their patients. He firmly believes that physiotherapy is about understanding his patient’s needs and concerns in order to provide treatment beyond their ailment. Kyle combines passion and knowledge to help his patients get back to moving better, living better, and being better.

Shortly after graduation, Kyle obtained his Manual therapy Level 1 course and will be continuing his education in the near future to further enhance his understanding of the different scopes of practice.

In his spare time, Kyle stays active by playing hockey, volleyball, golf, softball, running, etc.
