Leo began his career as a physiotherapist over a decade ago in Montreal, QC. During the pandemic, he made the decision to move closer to family and has been practising in Ottawa, ON since 2021.
Leo has built his clinical experience across a range of healthcare settings, working with diverse client populations. His practice has included public-sector care for oncology patients, private practice treatment of athletes and orthopedic conditions, rehabilitation following motor vehicle and work-related injuries, and postoperative care.
He values thoughtful assessment, clear communication, and individualized care tailored to each client’s goals.

Laura Graham received her Master of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Arts Honour Specialization in Kinesiology from Western University in London Ontario. While at Western, Laura was also a member of the Varsity Women’s Basketball Team serving as captain in her final year. Working with many physiotherapists as a varsity athlete is where Laura developed an interest in the profession. Once her studies were completed, Laura travelled North to work in a rural private practice clinic where she gained experience working with various complex patient populations.
Laura prides herself on communicating effectively with her clients and empowering them to take an active role in their recovery. She focuses on providing patient-centered, evidence-based care using a combination of education, manual therapy, exercise, and adjunct techniques to get patients back to the activities that are meaningful to them.

Alexander Moyes spent his entire life growing up in Orleans. Then in 2019, he moved to Toronto where he pursued his physiotherapy dreams. Alexander obtained his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto after completing his Honours Bachelor in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa.
Alexander is a strong advocate for exercise and believes that movement is part of being human. He utilizes manual therapy in conjunction with exercise to promote an optimal recovery. He is committed to empowering everyone he meets to take an active role and engage in a healthy lifestyle. Alexander also places a major emphasis on helping people make sense and take control over the pain they’re experiencing by prioritizing education and communication. He understands how every injury is unique in its impact on a person’s life and works with them to get back to the activities that are most meaningful to them.
Alexander has a passion for helping people with orthopedic injuries and those living with vestibular issues. If you have the opportunity to work with him, you’ll quickly notice that he always brings positive and lighthearted energy to every interaction he has.

ENCOURAGING AND SUPPORTIVE PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Chris Rigby completed his Master’s of Physiotherapy in 2019 from McMaster University and previously completed an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences in 2017 from the University of Ottawa. Before moving back to Ottawa in 2021, Chris worked in a small town community practice clinic and a regional hospital, gaining experience in a broad range of physiotherapy practices across different health care settings.
One of the things that drew Chris to physiotherapy was the opportunity to connect with people in helping them to address pain and overcome limitations. He uses a combination of education, manual therapy, exercise, and adjunct therapeutic techniques to assist individuals in reaching their goals. Chris has special interests in helping clients with knee pain and rehabilitation, BPPV (a type of vertigo) and optimal ageing through a healthy relationship with exercise.
