Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy helps you move better and feel better—whether you're recovering from an injury, managing pain, or dealing with mobility issues. Our physiotherapists take the time to understand your goals and develop a personalized treatment plan using hands-on therapy, exercise, and education to help you get back to doing what you love. **EN/FR indique que votre physiothérapeute est bilingue**

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a natural way to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and promote healing. Our trained practitioner uses fine, sterile needles at specific points to stimulate your body’s healing response. It’s often used alongside physiotherapy to treat chronic pain, headaches, muscle tension, and more—all in a calm, supportive environment.

Pelvic Health Rehabilitation

Pelvic health concerns can be sensitive and complex, but you're not alone. Our specially trained pelvic health physiotherapists provide discreet, compassionate care for issues like incontinence, pelvic pain, and postpartum recovery. We tailor every treatment plan to your unique needs to help restore confidence, comfort, and function.

TMJ Rehabilitation

Jaw pain, clicking, or tension? TMJ (temporomandibular joint) dysfunction can affect everything from eating to sleeping. Our team takes a hands-on approach to assess and treat TMJ issues, using manual therapy, exercise, and education to relieve symptoms and improve jaw function—all tailored to your situation.

Concussion Rehab

Recovering from a concussion takes time, and the right support. Our evidence-based approach focuses on symptom management, gradual return to activity, and restoring cognitive and physical function. We work with you to develop a step-by-step plan that supports your recovery—no matter how recent or long-standing the injury.

Dizziness and Vertigo

If you’re experiencing dizziness, spinning sensations, or balance issues, vestibular therapy can help. Our physiotherapists assess and treat conditions like BPPV, vestibular hypofunction, and post-concussion dizziness with customized treatment that helps you regain stability and confidence in your movement.

Dry Needling

Dry needling targets tight or painful muscle knots, called trigger points, using thin needles to release tension and reduce pain. It’s often used as part of a broader physiotherapy plan to restore movement and improve muscle function. Our clinicians ensure it’s applied safely and effectively, based on your needs and comfort.
